THE JUMP-SCIENCE.COM TRAINING PROGAM
For those who are interested, here's a little more about the training program I've created...
I've developed a simple evaluation process that classifies athletes into different levels based on strength, flexibility, and jumping ability.
There are 15 different training levels. Two of them are for people without access to equipment. (Sorry folks. Without equipment you're options are limited. However, some of my most incredible testimonial emails have come from people using my equipment-free workouts.)
The training is broken up into 4-week segments I call phases.
There are three different phases at each level. The phases are designed to create smart adjustments to your training as you progress through the program. The exercises and training strategies are switched up to prevent stagnancy and provide new challenges.
The workouts include plyometrics, explosive lifts and jumps, strength training, and some hybrid exercises. Warmup, stretching, and some other things to include in your training are also covered.
Listed with the exercises are sets/reps, recommended weights, rest periods, and some other details such as when to add weight or how high of a box to use.
This program is centered around the vertical jump, but it is designed to improve all-around athleticism. Speed, acceleration, quickness, speed, etc. will all be improved along with jumping ability.
The exercise and stretching videos are already available (links in the sidebar). Check them out ahead of time if you want. (I am working on brand new, much improved exercise videos.)
The system includes a total of 45 different 4-week phases, organized in the 15 training levels.
The levels span a range from beginner to advanced. If you are able to progress to the most advanced levels, you will be an elite leaper and athlete, simple as that. And if you get that far, I'm willing to try to help you get even better and become a world class athlete. Of course, by that time you probably won't need any help. You'll know how to train yourself the right way.
Hopefully, that wasn't too "salesy."
The price for all 45 phases and the instructions on how to use them is $11.
I store the program documents online in a Google Docs folder, so I can make edits and add more stuff to it, and people who buy the program get immediate access to those changes. After you make the payment, you won't get immediate access. I have to invite you to view the folder after I see the payment. Please list a Gmail or other google account email with your payment. Other emails do not always work for viewing Google Docs, and forwarding the invitation to a Gmail will not work. If you do not give me a usable email, I'll just send the documents in a zip folder, and you won't get any updates automatically. I understand this is not the ideal way to operate, but it allows me keep the program inexpensive.
